Exceptional
Perfect location, great local advise, this is the place to stay for Albaraccin
Liked: Excellent location, very clean property, good communication with host. Very nice to have a washing machine. The apartment was warm and comfortable. Good water pressure in the shower. Loved the electric shutters. We got the impression that the apartment is recently renovated and all the finishes were first class. For parking, you park in metered bays on the street and you can pay with cash or card for 24 hours or less. We found it super easy. The walk to the entrance steps of old medieval town is about a 5 minutes walk. We were particularly impressed with the amount of local information made available to us and clear instructions of how to run the apartment in several languages. We would stay here again for sure and have already recommended to friends. Th host wrote to me in Spanish most of the time and you just copy and past into Google Translate to understand and then you can write your reply in Google Translate and copy and paste it back to him.
Disliked: There were two things that made us score "comfort" as a 4 and not a 5. I have mentioned both to our host and I am confident these small things will be addressed: 1. There was a strong smell of washing powder/ fabric conditioner throughout the apartment. I get that cleanliness is important, but I suggest using sensitive scent free washing powder and don't use fabric conditioner at all - it's not good for your fabrics or the environment. 2. The sheets on the bed are polyester. I absolutely get that in the rainy winter season it makes for quick drying, but cotton or even cotton rich sheets are so much nicer to sleep on.
Perfect accommodation in a perfect location!
Liked: Everything! Well-equipped, everything had been thought about. Good kitchen/bathroom facilities, comfortable beds, blackout blinds, heaters/aircon …. Superb location, close to the old town and the public car park.
Disliked: Nothing!

Very cozy flat with well-equipped kitchen and helpful owner
Liked: Chus was very helpful and everything worked well. The flat was very cozy and kitchen super well equipped. Air-con/heating in every room. Would definitely stay in Casa Chus again. Better than the other 3 flats in Albarracin I have been before!
Disliked: Coat racks in the hallway and rooms would be useful, otherwise nothing bad to say
A great alternative to a hotel and cheaper!
