Exceptional
It should be a must-visit for anyone who enjoys good food
Liked: Excellent experience after leaving Albarracín. The location, the service, and of course the food were all wonderful. We arrived around 9 pm and they welcomed us at the restaurant. The food is of international A+ standard and hard to find in many restaurants in Spain. The breakfast buffet ($17 euros) is also exceptional!
Disliked: The internet connection is limited, but understandable given the hotel's location. However, it's a minor detail that doesn't affect my overall opinion of the hotel and restaurant.
Green and peaceful retreat in nature
Liked: The location is amazing, surrounded by nature and quiet, the hotel and room very spacious. The staff was very helpful and kind, the room was very large and well equipped with a charming terrasse to enjoy the peaceful, green surroundings.

Good value for money if you do not stay close to the kitchen
Liked: Flexibility in accommodating late dinner. Value for money.
Disliked: The smell of the kitchen reaching the rooms. They do not close the kitchen door so smells travel throughout the hotel. The shower cubicle is designed badly causing a lot of water spillage on the floor. Breakfast is very basic. Restaurant order was wrong, and when indicating not corrected.
Perfect for an afternoon/night go relax and have an excellent dinner
Liked: Here you go for the 1* restaurant. The dinner (fixed menu, as in many 1* restaurants) was excellent (including the wine pairing - special price for hotel guests). The rooms is very comfy, with a small terrace overlooking the landscape behind the hotel. The service/personal was very good: the bar was always open (until midnight) with a good selection of beers, wines, vermouths, gins... The treatment was perfect.
Disliked: You need a car to get there. The next small village (with one bar) is about 1km away. The chairs on the terrace need a renovation.
Liked: Great Restaurant! Best place to visit Albarracin.
