Fabulous
Liked: great location, very friendly owners
Disliked: the owners daughter using the lobby as her play room, her voice magnified to the upstairs rooms, made it difficult to relax in the room. i’m sure they are unaware how sounds travels unless they were a guest
Lovely and comfortable stay with wonderful hosts!
Liked: Overall, we had a really nice stay. The owners were very kind and welcoming, and the food at the restaurant was excellent — I would definitely recommend eating there. The room was simple but comfortable and clean.
Disliked: The only downside was the poor soundproofing. We could hear quite a lot of noise from the neighboring rooms.
Hotel Molino in Sierra del Albarracin
Liked: Excellent location to explore the Albarracin sierra. Nice cool weather for the summer and the room has a mosquito net so you can sleep with the window open. There is also a restaurant which is handy because there are not many shops around the area.
Disliked: The staff take a long time to serve you both in the hotel and at the bar. Parking is a bit awkward; there is a narrow street by the main road where you can park but it's not a car park.

Liked: A lovely family run hotel with a very friendly atmosphere. Beautiful rooms, comfortable beds, nice views, and delicious food. The owners make you feel very welcome, and the whole place has a special charm. A perfect stay highly recommended!
What a hidden gem this place is and would highly recommend if you needed a stop over on the way through the country
