  Liked: ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had a wonderful stay! The location is fantastic, and the apartment is bright, spacious, comfortable and well-equipped with everything we needed. The facilities are excellent, and a special thank you to the lovely housekeeping team, who took such good care of us throughout our stay. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this aparthotel. We would happily stay again!

  A nice view of Alcudia bay

  Liked: The staff were very friendly and helpful at reception and in the restaurant. The villa was roomy with good facilities resulting in a comfortable stay. The breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of hot and cold options which it was nice to enjoy by the pool.

  Disliked: The accommodation is situated up a hill so a bit of a walk if going to town. Not a problem if you have a car

  Liked: Sew view from the window, as the property stands on the hill. Quite, borderline dead neighborhood in residential area - you'll meet only feral cats and fellow guests in the street there. Alcudia beach is about 30 minute walk, which offers plenty of opportunity for exercise.

  Disliked: TLDR; The property didn't seem to be secure to spend a night as a pair, so we cut our stay short. It doesn't offer a 4-star level of service and accommodation either. 1. It's not a classic aparthotel, but a number of villas built decades ago and renovated years ago. 2. The house we lived in, while spacious, doesn't offer hospitality with old furniture and nearly barren walls. Ventilation system in one of the bathrooms was so loud in the night that we had to move to another bedroom. A patch of mold in the floor corner or canalization stench in one of the bathrooms gave away the age. 3. Reception is located in a new separate building that is being showcased in all the photos. It is advertised as 24/7 from May to October, but we were warned that it is unmanned in our first night (Sunday to Monday) between 23:00 and 6:00 or 7:00, with only emergency number to call. 4. Houses are accessible from the street nearby, and anyone can walk past the reception to access them. The only control is the lock on your entrance door; we noticed no CCTV around houses either. Our house had a terrace with large door/window leading into living room. The door and lock seemed quite weak, so we had to close the shutters in the night. 5. The receptionists try to be polite, but will not address your concerns with candid answers. Any inconvenient question will receive a nonsensical reply. Our safety concerns were brushed off, even though after we'd already left for another hotel, we discovered burglary reports among Booking reviews confirmed by the property. 6. You won't get refund for the unused nights from this property, so do not book with them without cancellation option or pay directly with them. 7. Breakfast cost 14 Euro and was a far cry from a 4-star hotel standard, with narrow food selection and mediocre quality.
