  The property is fabuluse and well located. Small details like

  Liked: The facilities were nice. Locations was good and the place was clean.

  Disliked: The bed mattress was of poor quality it was a sponge which was wormed out on the sides so you could feel yourself sinking into the bed after a while. The restaurant served alcohol for breakfast (sparkling wine and rose) but you had to pay for water and tea/coffee for dinner even though we had a half board option. The coffee machines were switched off. And the water fountains were emptied. We stayed 3 nights and the water in the room was offered only during the first day too. Once inquired for more water the housekeeper advised that the water it is offered once for the full stay (would expect at lest a complementary water for the duration of the stay). There are no coffee/tea making facilities in the room. The sauna never worked although it was supposed to be on between 10:00-19:00 and the steam room had a strewn of boiling water running on the floor due to poor build so if not careful you could burn your feet.

  Liked: The location was a central location, not far away from the beach.

  Disliked: We unfortunately had a very bad experience in the hotel. After arriving to the room, we noticed the humidity smell and asked for a room change. We were told that it is not possible to change the room now and there is no guarantee that other room will not have that smell. So, we asked to exit the hotel and refund. We were still charged for that day even though we decided to leave the hotel immediately. It was bad service, inappropriate communication, no real problem solving and we were still paid for it.

  Great staff but the hotel needs to make the rooms and suites more welcoming

  Liked: The staff were amazing. Very friendly and helpful. The food was good too. Location great and easy to get to the beach and local shops.

  Disliked: Rooms are basic. They are clean and the beds are ok but there a no coffee or tea making facilities, water is only given upon arrival and no toiletries apart from hand and body wash and shampoo. The hotel can be quite noisy at times.

  Liked: Large room Comfortable bed Great air conditioning Excellent housekeeping and cleanliness Friendly staff Swimming pool for swimming Food excellent Pool bar also serving excellent food

  Disliked: No kettle in room No early breakfast on departure day Not a criticism of the hotel but be aware: Strong sewer smell outside particularly in the morning. This is very much a family hotel with an unusual number of crying babies at meal times, which may not suit everyone.

  Luxurious stay for a family of four, would highly recommend

  Liked: This hotel was absolutely amazing for a short stay with my two children and partner for my birthday. We loved how modern clean and tidy the hotel was. The breakfast had lots of choice every day, and also the coffee was good. You were able to get sun bed every single day without any problems. These were not just your bog standard but luxury beds. We had our room on the ground floor by the swimming pool so had a great view. We had a few lunches by the swimming pool as well and the food was lovely and reasonably priced. The swimming pool was perfect temperature especially for two young children they have a baby pool which my two-year-old could easily stand up in and also the main pool I could stand for most of it which was good, especially when trying to hold young children or they were in their floats having to swim after them lol. Our bedroom was incredibly spacious with great facilities and the shower worked amazingly. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a sofa bed for our toddler and a Cot provided for our baby. I would highly recommend this hotel.

  Disliked: What would make this a 10 out of 10 is if there was a little bit more of outdoor activities for children. There is a large grass area which could easily be turned into a little play area.
