Good
there are better options in town for a good nights sleep
Liked: the hotel has lots of character, would have been an incredible place to stay in it's heyday. Staff on the bar and restaurant were cheerful and friendly.
Disliked: noise the from the fans outside, from the utility room next door and from the lobby/lounge downstairs. The room felt like it was vibrating from the fans outside. I considered asking asking to change rooms but realised the whole corridor felt the same. I was on top floor but there were no doors between my room and the lounge on the ground floor so all the sounds made their way up the stairwell. The guy on reception was the rudest person I met in Spain, took my passport from me to start checkin - then put it down and walked off to do something else without speaking to me.
Good stay, especially in walking range for the ferries - nice premise but slightly getting aged
Liked: We had a good stay in our room and we would come back again. It is a bigger premise where parking is no issue and it is close enought to the harbor to walk (Ferry to Ceuta e.g.) but far away enough not to be in bothered by harbor activity. The buffet had a resonable price and was really nice with lot of varations.
Disliked: It is not as a negative, but I can confirm that the premise is a little "worn out", however the stay was nice nevertheless - but one might be aware of it.
Liked: Small balcony with great view of the sea and harbour

Liked: Lovely old world charm. Well kept for its age. A place to chill out if you don’t want to do much
Disliked: A little out of the way entrance but still within walking distance to train and coach station
