  Liked: It’s a spacious apartment; the living room and kitchen area are great. It’s clean, though the décor is a bit dated—still, it’s fine for a place to sleep, and the price is fair. It’s convenient to take the elevator up, and the bus stop is right nearby; there are also a couple of cafes close by. The pool is a definite plus—very handy for a dip after walking to the beach in the afternoon heat—and the apartment provides towels for the sun loungers.

An incredibly large terrace with a beautiful view of the sea and palm trees, but it gets very hot out there. The washing machine is a nice plus, but I think they could have left a couple of detergent pods for it.

  Great apartment with stunning sea views

  Liked: The apartment was really spacious with a fab balcony overlooking the sea. There was everything we needed for our stay. Great swimming pool with sunbeds and lovely warm water. 5 minute to tram, 7 minutes walk to lovely beach. 25 min walk to Alicante city. Small local supermarket with everything 2 minutes walk.

  Disliked: Very strict check in times. We had to pay an extra 15e for a late check in. The location is mostly residential. Only 1 local restaurant that opened when they felt like it. We got the tram every evening into Alicante to eat. Apart from the small supermarket no local shops or bars that we could find. The large supermarket is about half hour walk. If this suits you then you will have a great time. I was hoping to eat locally and shop locally.

  Brilliant place

  Liked: Brilliant big balcony looking at sea, spacious and simple and clean. Good pool

  Disliked: Quite a walk to centre for restaurants but good couple nearby - nothing open on Mondays in May

  Liked: Good location, comfy, clean, all great. A lot of equipment in kitchen. Nothing to complain. Close to the apartment are few tiny beaches, watch out for large sharp stones:)
