Exceptional
Liked: The apartment is nice and clean, the host is very welcoming and helpful (he even sent us some tips). The apartment is on the ground floor, so it may be a bit darker, but you definitely feel safe there. The accomodation is not in the city center, but everything is in the walking distance (center and beach around 20-25 minutes on foot). Overall, the stay in Alicante was very pleasant.

Liked: Very clean property. The blinds kept the light out so we were able to rest well. Air conditioning was great. The owner recommended a few places to go and even booked our taxi back to the airport for us. Nomad restaurant nearby had the best sangria.
Comfortable, spacious, quiet, and clean
Liked: It was very clean, spacious and secure. There was a washing machine and dryer, oven, induction hob, microwave, and fridge freezer. The bed was really comfortable and I was surprised how comfortable the pillows were, as I usually have an issue with pillows when traveling, I slept really well. The water pressure in the shower was lovely and there was always plenty of hot water. It was about a 15-20 minute walk to the beach and local sites. But the walks were enjoyable. I’d highly recommend walking in the hills for great views over the city and sea.
Disliked: I wouldn’t say didn’t like, but just to make it clear, as others have, as it’s on the ground floor you usually need to keep the blinds down, for privacy. So anyone looking to tan on a balcony won’t get that here. However, it felt very safe with the double glazed windows and the lock on the door, it was quiet at night, and the apartment overall made up for this. Also the owners are very friendly and great to communicate with. I got a welcome from Javi and goodbye from Francis. I even got to learn some of my beginner level Spanish with them both.
Beautiful, quiet, well built apartment with EVERYTHING you’ll want or need
Liked: This is definitely one of the nicer properties I’ve ever stayed in out of the over 100 apartments I’ve rented through my decades of travel. It’s really well designed, and well built. It was so nice having a separate dryer, too, not a clothes line/rack, or an all in one machine where the clothes are never quite dry. Plus, the host, Francisao, could not have been more attentive and gracious. The few times I had to contact him, he responded right away. I would absolutely stay here again when I return to Alicante.
Disliked: There was really nothing about the apartment I didn’t like. It was a great place.
Lovely place and amazing host!
Liked: I can 100% recommend staying at Adda Loft La Oficina! Firstly, I have never met more attentive hosts that Francis and Javier - Francis was amazing, always available & reachable. We mixed up dates when booking and Francis accommodated us without problems and reserved the day before for us. The friend I was travelling with, had an early flight, so we asked if it would be possible to check in earlier (thinking like 2 hours before regular check in), Francis made sure to reserve that and allowed her to check in already in the morning - what a service!! Provided all needed information on how to get to the apartment from the airport, which buses to take, recommended different options and taxi offers, guides on how to get into apartment, all needed codes and information were provided well in advance, so we didn't have to worry about anything - communication with Francis was always superb and you could expect a message/writing back in short time. Apartment its located 20 min walk from the city center, in a quiet area, located on the ground floor - you do not need to worry about safety as there is a automatic lock & antibreak window rollers. Separate air con for bedroom and main room is a fantastic option and works super well. Apartment is equipped in everything you will need, including things like spieces if you decide to cook, wash powder if you want to do laundry, beach towels & umbrella. You would think that this is a standard but its not, amazing to make those available. In case you would need to work a little bit on your trip, you are in good hands because wifi works perfectly and is fast. We could not find anything wrong with the place and would highly recommend - thank you for the service and hospitality Francis - with regards Patrycja & Kamila.
