Exceptional
Excellent place to stay in Alicante city centre
Liked: Large spacious apartment in the centre of Alicante. Very clean. Comfy beds
Disliked: Nowhere to hang coats
Good apartment with loads of space in a great location
Liked: Great location, very handy for all the main sights
Disliked: I visit Alicante often and have stayed in apartments where there is at least salt, pepper, olive oil and kitchen roll. These items really aren't expensive to the host and make all the difference to the overall experience for the guests.
Liked: the apartment is in a fantastic location to explore the rest of Alicante. It's spacious and well designed, with comfy beds. We also received 2 cleaning services as we were staying for a long time. Loads of shops and cafes and restaurants around. The best beaches are further away though, Postiguet Beach was so busy.
Disliked: we made sure that the place has AC in the hot Spanish weather, yet from Day 1 there were issues with the AC not working properly and leaking water from some vents. They tried to help and fix it but this should've been checked before we came.
Would recommend!
Liked: We very much enjoyed our stay in Ahoy sotelo. The apartment has a great living area and also comfortable beds. The kitchen is well equipped with washing machine and dryer which is a bonus. The apartment is also in a brilliant location close to many restaurants and bars.
Disliked: Not much toiletries/toilet paper supplied. The Air conditioning seemed to be very cold in one room, but warmer in others. Apart from that, everything was great
Great accomodation and would definately book this again
Liked: Great apartment, only down side was construction over the street but it did not bother us, I would have said it would be good if tea towels were there and also some tea & coffee. Apartment was clean & comfortable, liked having the doors to open up the apartment and see outside.
Liked: Location, size of apartment, aircondition, staff was very helpful
Disliked: The water temperature in the showers can't be adjusted properly – it's either too cold or too hot. The Wi-Fi doesn't reach the children's bedroom, and it didn't work at all for one whole day. Also, the building across the street is being renovated, so it was quite noisy.
