Guest reviews
Good
Very disappointing stay – serious cleanliness and hygiene issues
Liked: The breakfast was reasonably good, and the young woman serving breakfast was pleasant and friendly
Disliked: Apart from the decent breakfast and the pleasant breakfast attendant, this stay was a major disappointment. Clean bedding, a hygienic bathroom, proper maintenance and basic courtesy from reception staff should be minimum standards, not luxuries. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this accommodation to anyone who values cleanliness, comfort and professional customer service.
Disgraceful
Liked: The pool
Disliked: The ignorance of the staff and rudeness
Liked: Rooms were basic, and clean pool was good
Disliked: It was a bit out of the way from things, and staff didn't speak much English
Please be aware that this is a hostel and not a hotel
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: It’s a hostel It smells of bad sewage Rooms very small and no balcony as advertised Staff rude and unpleasant. Staff left the property and locked us out from staying at the property
Bit underwhelming
Disliked: Not ready at check in time. Made to change room. Breakfast was slow and didn’t start until 9am. Only 6 sun beds.
Nice couple of nights in a modern, comfortable place
Liked: Friendly and helpful staff. Pool area lovely Great breakfast
