  Relaxing and quiet - away from the bustle but very close to the beach

  Liked: We enjoyed our stay. The person that met us and the owner were both extremely helpful and kind. They made access to the property easy for us. The owners went the extra mile for us finding a crucial lost article as we departed. The apartment is spacious and very clean. It has everything you could want in terms of utensils, towels, bedding etc. It’s very handy for buses and trams, local eateries and very close to a huge beach. We would definitely return if we return to Alicante. Thank you

  Construction site!

  Liked: Apartment is perfect for big heat - cold floors and enough shade guaranteed that you will be able to escape. Well equipped kitchen.

  Disliked: The patio on the first picture is currently not accessible, about which we were not informed in advance and was the one reason why we reserved this place. The whole building is currently under reconstruction, so there is noice and dust and your view is to construction tape, so you feel like on a crime scene (picture attached). We specifically requested.check in at 17:00 as advertised and then the person didn't show up and came after multiple calls 45 minutes late which is something you don't appreciate with small children. Coffee machine is Dolce Gusto.

  Exceptional

  Liked: The appartament's location is perfect, everything is nearby, the beach is really close and there are many ways for public transport too. There are everything in the appartament, what you need, even beach stuffs. The best part of the place is the nice and private backyard. It's definitely not a 5stars hotel, but you have everything for a comfty holiday with friends or family.
