  Liked: I absolutely loved the view, and how safe and quiet the neighbourhood was. It felt like I was living in the whole building completely alone (and not in a creepy way!!). The apartament was clean, quiet, fully equipped. The view absolutely stole my heart.

  Disliked: I had a strange situation, when leaving the apartment. I didn't get an exact information on where to leave the keys, only the co-host - Paula- wrote to me on whatsapp, that they should be left in the box (mind you, there were two boxes - one next to the apartament's door, one outside, next to the gate). When leaving I had no idea which box they should be left in. I've received many different instructions and pictures before coming to Spain, but in the end this one information wasn't clear at all. I didn't know if the cleaning staff would grab the keys from the box, or the next guest would. I texted Paula on whatsapp, asking what should be done, but she didn't reply for some time. I left the keys in the box next to the apartament door and left the building. I was 30km away from the city, when she texted me asking where have I left the keys. I answered, saying that I wasn't sure where to leave them, so i left them in one of the boxes. She started screaming at me through the messages, started texting me in spanish, and blaming me that I made everything super complicated, and saying that she never gave me the code to one of the boxes and that the box is definitely damaged now (well, it opened after putting in the code so i guess she gave it to me - if not then somebody needs to check if the boxes are a safe place to put anything inside if i managed to open them with a wrong code lol). I was hella confused cause why would you blame me???? In the end she didn't apologize or nothing, just said that the keys are in her hand so everything is fine. Weird situation at the end of my trip, but I'm glad it was in fact the end of it and didn't get any bad vibes during my stay:P

  Great morning view at the sea

  Liked: The location and the fact that accommodation is fully equipped is a big plus. The beach is 5 min walking. Shops nearby, restaurants nearby as well. Our contact, Paula is super friendly and helpful.

  Best view in town, lovely accommodation

  Liked: The host and contact person are extremely friendly and welcoming. The accommodation is very bright and has the best view of the sea. It takes only a few steps to the beach and having your own pool I a wonderful feature.

  Beautiful apartment with beautiful views and easy access to beach and trams

  Liked: Beautiful view of the sea from the windows. It was walking distance to beach, supermarkets and tram stop. Only 10-15 minutes tram ride to centre of Alicante. Very quiet neighbourhood.

  Disliked: Could do with more blinds on some of the windows in the living area.

  Disliked: In the description about facilities it was said that there is a balcony, so was expecting that, but there is no balcony in the apartment.
