Exceptional
Perfect flat for family visit
Liked: Large and comfortable flat fully equipped, very convenient garage with elevator direct into the flat,, very responsive and attentive owner who is managing the flat. The flat looks better than in the photos, it is not new but totally functional.
Disliked: Hot water is made by an electric boiler which is quite small for the size of the flat. Beds and pillows could be better in terms of comfort

Liked: We had a wonderful stay at this apartment in Alicante! Everything went really well from start to finish. The apartment had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and the location was fantastic — we had everything close by, which made getting around really easy. Alejandra was also lovely and very helpful, which made the whole experience even better. We really enjoyed our time here and would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Alicante. We’d happily stay here again!
Disliked: We liked everything
Liked: The owner was extremely accommodating and met us from a late flight to give us the keys. The apartment was a fantastic size for a family of four and had everything we needed for our stay. It was incredibly hot during our stay and the air con worked perfectly, making the apartment really comfortable. The pool was lovely on a hot day and was usually very quiet - the only thing that would have made it better is some folding deck chairs to take outside to sit on at the pool as the benches were too hot to use. The apartment is a bit of a walk from the centre of Alicante but there are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby to explore. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again if we return to Alicante.
