  Liked: The apartment was well stocked for us, and our overnight stay, with lots of really nice touches. The location seems to be an authentic Alicante barrio where people live and work, which we also liked. Contact from the owner was prompt, with codes and information. We got into the property in the hour we requested, and the price, compared to other properties in Alicante, was excellent. Great fridge, coffee machine and capsules, and smart tv.

  Disliked: It's not that we didn't like it but some elements of the bathroom have suffered from constant use and humidity. Didn't bother us but might be a negative for others.

  Good but would stay closer beach etc

  Liked: It was what I expected

  Disliked: The building itself was difficult to figure out if it was the correct one.. we walking around d block as we were unsure.. had to confirm this over WhatsApp. And door lock was a bit dodgy. We had to push very hard to open.. but once we sorted these issues it was fine.

  Rubbish customer service

  Liked: They cancelled my booking on the day, while I was flying to Alicante I received the message the moment my phone switched back on about an hour before I was due to arrive

  Liked: Ok location & facilities to cook has clothes.

  Disliked: Walls super thin, had noisey neighbours couple of nights who were up into the early hours & kept me awake with loud TV & messing about. Main entry door didn't lock which left security questions? Bed uncomfortable & bathroom not very clean. Bad smell comes from drains also in bathroom which filtered through the apartment if didn't close the door. Disappointing stay & would not return sadly.
