Fabulous
Great neighbourhood, location and value for money!
Liked: Great location, minutes from beach. We travelled as three women and felt the neighbourhood was very safe. Only about 15-20 minute walk from centre. Lovely bakery next door that did great value coffee and pastries. The apartment was spacious and had 2 bathrooms, it was simple but clean and had everything you needed. It was great value for money. Easy remote check in, responsive host. Stress free process. We would stay there again if visiting Alicante.
Disliked: It would’ve been nice to have more than one pillow and maybe a lamp in the bedroom so you didn’t need the big light on. Just minor things.
Liked: Great location, quiet apartment and neighborhood, good contact with the owner. Perfect for up to 6 people.
Liked: Great location. Just across the beach. Walking distance from city centre, Santa Barbara castle and other attractions. Well equiped kitchen and bathroom.
Disliked: No day light in bedrooms, just in the living room.

Disliked: It was not perfectly clean, some bad smells, 1 cockroaches I the bedroom, a few stains in the towles,the remote Check in was difficult
Great stay!
Liked: Great location just a short walk to the beach, the center, and the castle on the hill across the street. We found a huge grocery store about 10 mins walk away. The apartment is huge!
Disliked: The shower lip is low and water got on the floor each time. it soaked the shower mat and never really dried.

Liked: The location was very good. The appartment has two bathrooms, a spacious livingroom and well stocked kitchen. The whole place was very clean.
Disliked: The internet was poor, couldn't watch streaming services. The master bedroom bed was squeaky and the pillows were small and not confortable (although the mattres was good).
Good to know
Security alarm, which includes 2 motion sensors, one of them located in the hall and the second one in the cabin. The security system is used as a protection against squatters when no one is in the flat. If there are tourists in the flat, the security alarm is switched off. You can also close the motion sensor windows. Please open them before your departure, thank you.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
