Guest reviews
Pleasant
Extremely dissapointing
Disliked: Everything. We were left without hot water with a teen for 2 nights. We were as friendly as you can be. They didn't fix the issue and when complaining they didn't even reach a deal with booking.
Average
Liked: Spacious Apartment for big family
Disliked: Run down neighbourhood, old furniture, NO heating devices were working as it got cold at night, bed were not comfortable at all. TV was not working. Location is far north of Alicante, The money I paid does not justify the services offered.
Liked: Place is a neighbourhood but is close to public transport, is old but we feel good in it. We've been a couple and used living room as bedroom, there are 4 bedrooms so plenty of space for large families, I do not recommend July-August for many people there, the air conditioning is located in the living room and will not cool down all the apartment in this hot months, are fans every room instead, probably for the people ok with worm air. For the rest of the months, the cooling should be just fine. Overall, it was good for us.
Liked: 4 rooms and convenient, valuable for big family trips
Don’t recommend, especially in summer
Liked: The parking problems were less severe compare to the city center. Additionally, the AC in flat helped to keep it cold.
Disliked: The furniture and rooms were quite old. Also, the outlets in some rooms were scary to use. In the summer, it is really hard to sleep because of the noisy neighbourhood.
Specious flat and very helpful host
Liked: Kitchen and Bathroom
Disliked: nothing specific
