Good
Liked: Nice small room with clean private bathroom, location is fine 15 min from city center.
Disliked: Very noisy. Unfortunately we could hear everything outside the apartment and everyone in other rooms..so if you want peace and quiet night for sleep its not good choice for that.
Liked: Good value for the money. Very clean, easy check in. Shops walking distance, town approx 25 min walk, mostly flat. Rooms with bathroom not really big, shared kitchen and terrace. Good for a few days stay.
Disliked: It would be hard to find parking because they have some repairs in the street. Plug on the lamp damaged.

Disliked: I think you have to make it more obvious that it’s a shared kitchen space although we had all we needed in the room.
Disliked: it was very noisy and you could hear almost everything happening in the other apartments. at night you could hear people shouting outside and the room was very small. we didnt know that the kitchen is for everyone but thats our fault
Cheap and clean, but shared with roommates
Liked: The place is OK. It was clean and renovated. It got pretty much everything necessary. The check-in was easy, and they always answered questions promptly. There is a daily cleaning service for the common area. The WiFi was good. The area around is busy with lots of groceries and places to eat. However, the closest beach is about 30 min. away walking, the city center - 20-25 min., and the airport shuttle - 20 min. walking.
Disliked: The room was super small—just the bed, with hardly any room to move. They offer private bedrooms with a bathroom, but it's with a shared kitchen and common area. I didn't realize that during the booking, so it's more like you're sharing an apartment with roommates. They did all the necessary arrangements for that, but still, there's little privacy once you leave your room. And as a shared apartment, you could hear absolutely any noise - when someone opens the main door, when they leave, when they go to the kitchen, when they use the kitchen, when they talk in the common area. The place is on the ground floor, and two of the bedrooms face the street, not the patio. You could hear all the noise from the street and even smell the cars. I struggled to stay in this super small room with those "public" common parts that are shared between 4 rooms with 2-4 people and a cleaning lady. Noises would start from 6 AM to 11 PM. Also, there is a construction of a building right next door, so definitely not a place to rest. There was no separation of the garbage. You have to do it on your own in your own room. Have in mind that they'll send you the check-in information on the day of your arrival. Make sure you have battery on your device and access to mobile internet.
