Fabulous
Liked: Excellent location
Disliked: Our room backs onto a side street and there’s quite a lot of noise in the early morning street cleaning by the council
Liked: The location was exellent and the sttaff are Hellphoul, the room was with great view and clesn
Good location but there are better hotels for the money
Liked: Very clean and comfy bed, with different pillow options which was good. Cleaner was really on the ball. Around 30 mins after you leave your room in the morning, your room is cleaned. Location is perfect. The staff are very friendly and professional.
Disliked: No sound proofing on windows, so a lot of traffic noise and bin lorries seem to operate every 3 - 4 hours throughout the night. The doors have no sound proofing which means you can easily hear people talk in the corridors. The lift makes a loud sound when it stops on each floor, which can also be easily heard from inside the room. The lift is EXTREMELY slow, painfully slow. The TV is old, not a smart TV, and the only English speaking channels are 3 news channels. The room was very small and didn't look like the pictures on Booking.com.
Liked: Location
Disliked: We booked the beautiful Joaquim room for €380, but after a lengthy check-in, we were given a suite that did not match the room’s advertised features, particularly its high ceilings and large windows. The €80 compensation felt somewhat disappointing, especially as the original room was advertised at the same reduced price on the day of our stay. We would have much preferred to receive the room we had originally booked.

Loved loved the city and everything is close by, great location
Liked: Loved the breakfast a good variety to choose from, the staff were lovely, so helpful, nothing to much trouble
Disliked: I think the only thing, there is some noise at night with the bins being emptied and the road sweeper if your at the back of the hotel but it is understandable as that seems to be when those jobs are done
