Exceptional
We had a lovely time!
Liked: The apartment was very clean when we arrived and had all the facilities it stated. The location is superb, close to the city centre, the tram station, restaurants, shops & supermarket. The air conditioning is definitely a must have, the balcony is a lovely and the view is amazing. The nearest beach is only a 20 min walk and the apartment has umbrellas to shield you from the sun!
Disliked: Not necessarily a dislike, because it didn’t cause any problems for us since we’re deep sleepers but the walls are quite thin and the apartment building is near the busy street so you can hear night life. If you’re sensitive to that, then take that into consideration.

Disliked: First of all, the smell from bathroom was unbearable, woman only speaks spanish, i don't so i asked to write us, so i can use translate, but she kept calling. You need to pay for everything, including deposit of 100 eur, even tho there is anything worth it in this place, there is bad and tv. They also charge you for "late" pick up keys (after 10pm), not taking the trash and so on, and so on...
Excellent apartment in a great location to explore Alicante!
Liked: Property location was excellent and views from the balcony were exceptional. We had a lovely time and will definately be back ☺️
Disliked: Check in process could be easier, Maria seems so lovely but doesn’t speak any English so it took a bit of time to translate and talk through everything. I would suggest a welcome book or something similar to make check in easier/smoother for everyone.

Liked: Great views on Alicante. Very clean. From all apartments what I have seen in Spain this is the first what score on Booking.com is correct and fully deserved. Unexpectedly quiet apartment for city centre.
Disliked: Only problem was bit of smell from sewerage but I think it’s common in Spain. Also lack of even sample of coffee for coffee machine( I have bought box of 10 and left 8 for next visitors) and no shower gel or shampoo. For 2 days visit I had to buy 2 large bottles for 2x use ( also left it for next visitors) other then this 100%
