Fabulous
Fair for the price but not best location
Liked: Very clean and easy check in
Disliked: The noise
Liked: I liked that the property was located close to the city centre, with easy access to both bus and tram stops.
Disliked: As for the property itself, I found the equipment and facilities rather basic. There were enough cutlery and dishes for two people, but although the apartment was advertised for up to five guests, we could only find two teaspoons. There was one larger pot and a couple of frying pans, which were enough to prepare a simple meal. I suppose the idea was that guests would eat out, which in a way was probably a good solution. However, that’s not really the main issue, as you can manage in almost any conditions. What surprised me the most was the lady who came to check the property and return our deposit on the last day of our stay. She checked absolutely everything — the bed linen in every room, the towels to make sure there were no stains, and even the inside of the microwave to see if it had been left dirty. She spent the most time examining the pillows we had slept on. I have never experienced such a thorough inspection before. Perhaps they were looking for a reason to deduct something from our deposit — I really don’t know. In the end, though, she had nothing to complain about and returned the full deposit to us. Overall, we had a great time in Alicante.
Totally worth for money
Liked: Air-con is strong, water heater as well. Kitchen is big as well.
Disliked: Not enough paper rolls, and a bit dodgy neighborhood. Parking spots very limited in the vecinity.
Good value for money
Liked: Easy to locate. We came very late at 1am, but everything went easy.we got code for the main door and code for opening the box well in advance. Nice and clean inside
Disliked: Only one aircondition pump so we had to leave the bedroom doors open. And a bit tricky to find a parking space close by
Overall we enjoyed the stay and would recommend despite a few minor shortages
Liked: The apartment is spacious, cosy, and well-located. The personnel are very helpful, even though they do not speak English very well. The sofas and the living room offer a nice space for spending time together.
Disliked: The kitchen could be better equipped. Cleaning was not done properly. The walls are not soundproof so it gets a little bit noisy.
Liked: If u dont have a problem walking few min from the main parking area, everything is 10. Great services
