Exceptional
It’s a cosy, welcoming apartment and it’s close to everything and very enjoyable! Host excellent
Liked: We liked the spacious, tidy environment as well as the inclusion of necessities for everyday living like cooking, cleaning and toiletries and the communication was impeccable. We were 5 friends staying together on our first holiday to Alicante.
Disliked: Nothing. It was great for our needs.

Liked: La ubicación del depto esta muy bien. El departamento es amplio, cómodo. Bien equipado!
Disliked: Lo único que no fueron muy claros fue en cuanto a la ubicación de la llave. Envían video pero en ninguna parte indican la ubicación de las llaves.
Lovely apartment. Very central to everything
Liked: The appartment is on the perfect location, supermarket just couple of steps away, working 24/7. Also, city center and beach are just 10-15 mins away by foot. The appatment has big terrace which is a huge benefit! The only bad thing is that you don't get many toiletries and dish soap, but you get 2 tablets for the dish washer.
Liked: The host was very kind and helpful, and the location is convenient — within walking distance from the train station and with easy access to the airport. The apartment itself is spacious, with a great balcony and a well-equipped kitchen. Price was OK.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the bathroom was in an unacceptable condition, and the whole apartment is quite old and in need of renovation. It was also extremely noisy at night, even with the windows closed, which made it hard to sleep. The beds were very uncomfortable, and the overall sleeping comfort was poor. Additionally, there were no proper toiletries provided — only a tiny single-use sachet with shower gel and shampoo.
I don't recommend it
Liked: - large apartment, large kitchen, clean bedding - quite close to and from the airport bus - just an information: 11 minutes to the city (restaurants) and 18 minutes to the beach - far away in my opinion - good price
Disliked: - Noisy from the street in the evening and in the morning, voices, people, and cars; no air conditioning in the rooms, and with all this noise, it's impossible to open the windows - uncomfortable pillows, I don't know who sleeps on them? - outdated interior design, which wouldn't be a problem if it weren't for the fact that the apartment is damaged in many places, with old furniture and (damaged tiles, furniture, floor), which is why the information about the possibility of charging such a high deposit is ridiculous - dirty terrace - something that was supposed to be the biggest advantage of this place turned out to be a failure, the terrace and furniture were dirty so it was impossible to use it; after reporting it to the owner, I was advised that I could clean it myself because there is a mop and cleaning products in the apartment
