  The no hospitality hospitality business

  Liked: Room was nice although some details weren't well considered.

  Disliked: The owners/management shouldn't be in the hospitality business. No hospitality. They are listed in the app as a "hotel" but this is not a hotel. No reception, no staff on duty, no lifts, no assistance available for luggage. Self service check-in/ entry, communication through WhatsApp texting only, won't answer a WhatsApp call. Can't get an extra key for building access and no code for main entrance only the room. It's a low budget over priced self service Tourist accommodation. Admittedly the room was nice, good size. The bathroom was nice but lacking a proper bidet ( cold water only toilet spray attachment) No USB ports in the room, tea kettle and tea serve was off the mark lacking in proper tea. Towels are thin poor quality and somewhat grayish from not being washed in hot water with bleach.. Nothing in the room about the WiFi or the password information, the password on the hallway sign didn't work, safe didn't work properly. Only found out that the plastic key card in the room for the power switch also worked in the room door and main entrance by accident. Nothing in the room informs you of this. Many youth hostels and Pension properties offer better service at a better price and there are proper hotels available for the same price. Big mistake booking this property and filtering my search for "Hotels" and Private bath wasn't sufficient to avoid the misrepresentation in Booking.com. The buffet breakfast wouldn't even meet the standard for a US style continental breakfast. Overall dissatisfied and won't recommend it or ever consider staying again.

  Would definitely stay again

  Liked: Location was great, room was lovely and light and clean

  Disliked: Nothing really however we had a kettle and they left tea and sugar in the room but we had no milk which we didn’t notice until the morning but the hotel as a whole was perfect

  Great little place

  Liked: Good size room and bathroom. Staff helpful. Ample breakfast and replenished by staff even 15 mins before finishing. Easy parking, free on street.

  Disliked: 2 flights of stairs! Haha. But they sent a message beforehand to advise no lift. Wasn't an issue.. may have been if more floors 🤦‍♀️😂 Small kitchen area for self service breakfast but everyone was polite and waited turn.

  Basic but clean and pleasant hotel

  Liked: The buses to and from the beach were outside the door. A good selection of items for the free breakfast and a lovely little patio outside. Basic but clean and staff always seemed willing to help.

  Disliked: The only problem is if you had mobility issues there is no lift to the second floor.
