Liked: Very good location, only 15min walk to the Esplanada and 5min to tram station where you can go anywhere. Shops and places to eat all around. Apartment very clean and cozy and host extremely helpful.
Disliked: I can be quite noisy outside as it is very close to an important road.
Satisfactory
Liked: We were met in person by the owner who explained everything we needed to know about the apartment. Good value for money and well situated, and there was everything that we needed in the apartment.
Disliked: That we had to leave a €100 deposit, which we weren't told about when we booked. Cleanliness was okay, although there was a bit of drainy smell in the bathroom. It is next to a busy road and there was some noise from that. On leaving the premises the owner asked us not to leave a review less than a score of 9, which seems a bit misleading for future visitors.

The air conditioning has to be turned off when guest is not in the studio.
