Exceptional
Liked: This is a truly exceptional premium apartment, even better than the photos. It is spacious, beautifully furnished, spotlessly clean and extremely well equipped, with two comfortable bedrooms and two bathrooms. The panoramic sea view is breathtaking, and the large terrace is magical for relaxing and enjoying the view. Direct elevator access to the private beach is a real luxury. We also appreciated the many thoughtful extras provided: beach towels, beach chairs, parasol, board games and many useful accessories. The location is excellent: only about five minutes by car from Alicante city centre, with a bus stop nearby, restaurants and supermarkets close by. A private parking space in the garage is included, which is very convenient. José is an extremely responsive, helpful and courteous host.. We had a wonderful stay and would love to come back. Highly recommended! thank you josé

Liked: Great view, very clean and well maintained apartment. I especially liked that there are chairs for the beach, umbrella and beach towels. The beds are very comfortable and the terrace is magnificent. I recommend 100%

The stay was fantastic! Great view!
Liked: The property was nice and tidy, the location and view worth everything. The host was very nice gentleman, who arranged everything. Lots of equipment included like beach towels etc. Very caring and helpful all the way.
Disliked: Could do with some improvement of the shower. However bath was very good.

Liked: Location was good--beautiful seaside! I enjoyed the walk to the downtown tourist area. Also enjoyed relaxing on the balcony to take in the sunrise.
Disliked: Lack of cleanliness was a real turnoff. Visible food crumbs on the sofa, as well as the kitchen counter. Seeing this, I swept the floor and the amount of dirt and debris was unacceptable.
Liked: Great location and the view to die for.
