Fabulous
Liked: The location is great, the beach is 15 minutes away, and there are many cool places nearby, like restaurants, bars, cafes. Also, a couple of supermarkets.
Never try it again
Liked: Only the location was good.. and cleaning lady was super nice and helpful.
Disliked: No elevator… we had big luggages and heavy ones and we had to go up 2 levels holding the luggages.. They didn’t inform us that we should empty the bottle of water outside on the balcony for the air conditioning so one day I was sleeping under the AC and then I woke up hysterically like if someone drop a bucket of cold water and Ice over my head because the AC dropped the water over me inside instead of dropping outside because the bottle outside was full and we didn’t know that we should empty it.. The apartment has insects 🐜🪳 and small ants were everywhere in the room. And the electricity socket over my bed was uncovered so when the water dropped that could lead to a disaster. 🔥 The only good thing about the place is it’s location, close to supermarkets and center of town. And the cleaning lady after the drops of the water was very nice and trying to help as much as she could.
Liked: The location is perfect, right in the center of Alicante. The room has a cute balcony and a private bathroom. There is also a very clean and cozy shared kitchen that has everything you need during your stay

Liked: Ani was an absolute gem. I do not understand the bad reviews. Place is ideally located walking distance to everything. Room was clean, spacious and well equipped with an A/C unit that made you forget that you were in Spain. Ani the host was super friendly and accommodating.
Disliked: Only downside was nearly impossible to find street parking.

Liked: Friendly host It was clean though.
Disliked: I booked a private apartment and was given a room in a hostel type place with no private kitchen - falsely advertised and misleading pictures looked nothing like what I got. Check out also far too early
