Liked: Close to the beach, to the bars and to the shops
In the heart of Alicante
Liked: Even in October I had to use the fan, so I can imagine how hot the room can be in the summer. The walls were pretty thin, so when other guests decided to play music - or just talk loudly, I could hear that. The street noise didn't brother me.
Disliked: It has an unbeatable location, 1 minutes away from the town hall. Everything is close. The room was simple, but totally all right. Comfy bed, chair, little desk. The shared bathroom was okay too. Self check-in. I can totally recommend this place!

Liked: The guest house is situated 30 metres from alicante marina....perfect spot for exploring the city and old town.....it is a guest house with ample rooms and shared facilities.....communication between host and clients is very good via booking.com..as a solo traveller I find it ideal.
Disliked: No complaints...you know what your getting with this popular style of city living.

Liked: We loved the location, it was about a 3 minute walk to the beach and lots of lovely restaurants with fresh sea food, just neat the marins
Disliked: If you don't like busy this stay may be too much, but for the price it is excellent....... Not overly noisy we could sleep, but did hear bin men about 5am......not too bad

Liked: I liked everything about my stay! 1) Location: it is the best location you can find. 5 minutes to the Postiguet beach. Very central. 2) Really clean property. The cleaning lady was cleaning every day. So everything was really nice in shared spaces. 3) Host and instructions: self check in and check out. Clear instructions. 4) Other guests vere extremely respectful.
Disliked: I did like everything, but just for your records, there is no AC in a room, just a fan. So it might be a bit hot for you. And walls are really thin. So if you have nosy neighbors, it could be a problem.
