  Liked: The location was decent, there is a bus to the city centre

  Disliked: Staff not very helpfull and not replying to messages, not answering the phone. I had a problem with the room but they finally replied after my check out so not helpful.

  Liked: I had a great stay at this hostel in Alicante. Everything was clean, well-organized, and very comfortable. The atmosphere was pleasant and it felt like a well-maintained place overall. The only small suggestion I would have is to add one or two cups in the room for convenience. Other than that, everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again!

  Friendly and Helpful. Clean and tidy

  Liked: Katalina, the receptionist was delightful. She was lovely to speak to and very understanding and helpful. She explained easily how to access my room and also that if I wanted to stay another night I could Whatsapp her on the number shown on the door. My husband was in the hospital around the corner and I didn't know if I was going to be able to stay with him after his open heart surgery, or if I was going to have to stay in the hostel for another night.

  Disliked: The only thing I could have done with was a glass or cup. There was a bit of a damp smell, but when I opened up the patio doors and sat on the balcony for a while the air in the room changed and the smell lessened.
