Good
Liked: Location and price was good and the owner was very helpful and always replied to messages. Apartment was clean and quiet. With security.
Disliked: I liked everything
Best and worst location
Liked: Location cannot be better, spacious
Disliked: Street below is crazy loud until morning hours and windows are not isolated enough.
Stay elsewhere
Disliked: If you like to sleep at night, don't stay there!! There's a nightclub IN the building and people partying in the street until dawn. Noise insulation is non existent. The apartment is basic and need maintenance.
Living under a night club
Liked: Great location, close to everything, with all amenities and excellent cleaning staff.
Disliked: Unfortunately, the apartment is directly above a nightclub, with extremely loud music from 4 pm to 4 am, four days a week. With a one-year-old, the noise made the stay unbearable. This should be clearly disclosed in the listing. Sadly, we cannot recommend it to families or anyone looking for a peaceful stay.
Great place to stay in a central location
Liked: Clean plenty of space and beds, great location
Disliked: Nothing
Liked: The location is great and very accessible to tourist spots, restaurants, and convenience stores. The place is spacious, and the host was very responsive and provided welcome coffee, tissue, hand soap, and body wash. However, the floor was dirty when we arrived, and one bedsheet had a lipstick stain, showing it wasn't properly washed. Kitchen utensils were also incomplete, lacking basics like a chopping board. Additionally, it gets very noisy at night because of nearby bars, and on our first day, we were surprised to find someone's underwear hanging on our outside doorknob. Overall, it is a convenient place with a helpful host, but cleanliness and noise management need improvement.
