  Liked: Nice quiet residential building. Great access to transport to and from Alicante city centre.

  Disliked: The main road can be a bit noisy at peak times with the window open.

  Disliked: The apartment needed some cosmetic repairs. The main problem was the air conditioner, which leaked on my face while I was sleeping. The landlord was informed on the 3rd day, but in 2 weeks no one came and did anything, and the messages in WhatsApp were also ignored. My conclusions are that the apartment does not correspond to the price and the landlord does not care about the apartment and the client.

  Disliked: For family it’s inappropriate to have a transparent shower cabin, it was difficult, because we had to cover the cabin every time someone wanted to take shower. The Internet connection was weak…
