Liked: A perfect stay! The location is absolutely unbeatable, right in the heart of Alicante, just steps away from the Central Market. Everything you need is within walking distance. The loft itself is beautiful, with a very artistic and cozy touch. Our favorite part was the small balcony overlooking the narrow street and the old buildings across from it – you can truly feel the authentic Spanish vibe. The place was clean, fully equipped, and the AC worked perfectly. 100% recommended, we’d love to come back!
NOISE, NOISE, NOISE. DON'T GO THERE!
Disliked: A very, very poor review. It’s a real shame, because the flat is nice and in a great location, very close to the town centre, but it’s situated right above a bar/nightclub. We spent a week there, from one Wednesday to the following Wednesday, and from Thursday evening onwards, for three consecutive evenings over the weekend – Thursday, Friday and Saturday – the music (very loud techno) started around 7 or 8 pm and didn’t stop until 3 or 4 am. What’s more, people were going out to drink and smoke on the street, and talking or even singing loudly (the alcohol certainly didn’t help keep things quiet). In short, it’s impossible to get any sleep before 4 am. Of course, there’s no mention of any of this in the advert… And when we arrived, we received an email telling us not to make any noise or have any visitors, as the neighbour is sensitive to noise. It’s a complete joke. There were even some earplugs discreetly placed near the bed! Give this place a wide berth!
Good but avoid on fridays and saturdays
Liked: the appartment itself is large, beautiful, and clean. Has everything you would need.
Disliked: tv was too small for the room and the noise from clubs near was very bad. i was travelling on at 5am and got zero sleep. The provided earplugs were not enough.
