Overall, the accommodation did not meet our expectations based on the photos
Liked: Location
Disliked: The photos make the accommodation look new, clean, and modern. However, the reality is quite different. The property is old, worn-out, and only superficially clean. It was dusty, there were signs of mould, and the cleaning was poorly done. The mattresses were also uncomfortable and of poor quality. Furthermore, the sea view was not as advertised in the photos, which was disappointing.
Not worth the money

Disliked: Overall the apartment was dirty and I believe it wasnt cleaned before we arrived. Dirty sponges in kitchen, mouldy mastic around both showers, silver fish in bathroom, blocked drain in shower which meant only one shower could be used for a couple of days. Dirty kitchen utensils and microwave Dirty linen on beds Shutters cant be closed so woken up by the sunlight every morning Apartment is in desperate need of cleaning and the maintenance issues need to be addressed immediatey Please note, owner offered to send cleaner but by this time it was too late. My wife had already cleaned the apartment.

Charming place in Alicante
Liked: Location is perfect, very close to the center and harbour. Communication with the host was smooth and efficient. Place is lovely and fashinable. It can be difficult to find the entrance to the appartment because its inside/inside the building, but once you overcome it - you know what to do.
Disliked: It has 5 beds, but one is sofa bed and it is not quite cozy. Also, door of the one room cannot be closed because of the bed, so in case you sleep in this room - cannot isolate from the living room, while ppl are chatting or there is light on.
Location was brilliant with lots to do and see in Alicante. We would stay at the apartment again should we return

Beautiful apartment in a fabulous location
Liked: The apartment is in a fantastic location - walking distance to the beach and many amazing places to eat. The apartment itself was stylish, light and spacious - we felt happy and relaxed from the moment we arrived. The host was incredibly warm and friendly and although it was just my husband and I staying.... it would also be perfect for 4 people. Thank you much for a great experience.
Disliked: We would have liked to have stayed longer - 2 nights wasn't enough
