Liked: Furnished to a high standard. Well-equipped. Spacious, luxurious. The floors were stunning. It was clean and had a large fridge. There were basic supplies like tea, coffee, sugar, detergents. Use of a washing machine and dishwasher made our stay even more comfortable as did the air conditioner and the availability of beach towels. We enjoyed having a roof terrace. The property is well-situated for everything including a walk into the centre. The hosts had thought of everything and were very kind. Dino texted me a list of local outlets and restaurants which was very useful.
Disliked: I honestly can’t think of anything. We didn’t need to contact the host once.

Liked: This is a brilliant property in a great location. Very clean and well kept, with fabulous decor. All the facilities were top notch. Everything was provided including beach towels. Along with very nice coffee and tea there was fruit, cakes, wine, water and beers to welcome us, which was a lovely surprise. The bed was very comfy and the area is residential and quiet so we slept really well. It's within easy walking distance of everything in the town including the beach, train station El Corte Ingles, Mercandona etc. We were met by Dino on arrival and made to feel very much at home. Thank you for a lovely stay. We'll be back!

Great apartment
Liked: Very nice apartment located on the 1st floor. The apartment was very clean and very well equipped. The host was really great. The location is close to many tourist attractions and the walking to the beach takes app. 15mins.
Disliked: The only downside was the "missing" sound proofing of the windows. The windows in the master bedroom are a slightly more sound proofed than ones in the second bedroom with 2 twin beds. However, one could hear the cars in the street in both bedrooms and especially emptying the trash containers, which are right in front of the window of the master bedroom, in the middle of the night.
Liked: Dino was the perfect host. He went out of his way to help us book a taxi to the airport when the streets were closed for the Alicante Marathon. The apartment exceeded our expectations. Stunning modern and original decor. Very comfy beds. Every need catered for. The roof top seating area is really cute and an added bonus to sit and relax in the sun. Highly recommend everything about this apartment. Walkable to everywhere.

Liked: Great location, lovely apartment, very helpful host.
Disliked: Bottles and recycled rubbish collection outside the bedroom window at 3 am every day.
Had a very enjoyable 3 night stay with family due to having such a lovely apartment and location
Liked: Location was perfect, around 10/15min walk to the harbour. Eatery places and a supermarket are very near by. The hosts Dino and Alex were brilliant and couldn’t do enough for us. Best hosts we have met by far
