Very good
this was by far one of the worst accommodation experiences I have ever had, and I wouldn't recommend
Liked: Honestly nothing
Disliked: Before arriving, I sent several messages, but unfortunately received no response. Upon arrival, I had to drive around the complex multiple times because there were no instructions regarding parking or where to access the garage entrance. To make matters more difficult, the receptionist did not speak English, which made it almost impossible to obtain any useful information during my check in.Once I entered the room, the first shocks began. The room was clearly not properly cleaned, the bed linen was stained, and the shower was in a semi-broken condition. There was only a bedsheet on the bed, whereas one would normally expect at least a light blanket. In the kitchen drawer, I found just a single fork and a knife, both with dried food residue still on them. There was no dishwashing liquid or any way to clean them. the drawer contained random items such as scissors and, most surprisingly, a potato peeler.The following day, after spending an entire day outside in 40°C heat, I returned to the room looking forward to a shower and some rest, only to find two huge packaged mattresses placed right in the middle of the room. I was extremely confused and uncomfortable, wondering why they were there and who had entered my room without informing me. It is worth mentioning that housekeeping was not provided daily. I went to the reception to ask for an explanation and to request that they be removed immediately. Unfortunately, I was met by the same receptionist who did not speak English, and his response was simply that I should wait in line behind approximately 30 guests who had just arrived for check-in. Given the overall state of cleanliness throughout the property, I eventually gave up on the idea of using the swimming pool altogether. To be completely honest, after seeing the condition of the room, the stained bedding, the dirty cutlery, and the general lack of hygiene standards, I simply did not feel comfortable risking my health by using the pool facilities as well.

Overall, a nice and social concept that I would happily stay at again
Liked: The communal kitchen is a nice place to meet and talk to other guests, and you can also use the pool. It’s within easy driving distance of Alicante without being in a busy or noisy area, with a large shopping mall nearby and free parking available close to the accommodation. The A/C was also great. The room itself is very small with bunk beds, but for my friend and me this was completely fine. Just be aware of the limited space and make sure you’re comfortable sharing a small room with whoever you’re travelling with.

Liked: Has gym pool and plenty food courts not far from the property
Disliked: The drunk women on the Saturday night made terrible noise
Good overall
Liked: Very clean rooms, equiped with everything I needed, however my bathroom door didnt shut so u couldnt really use the bathroom if anyone else was in the room. Great lounges, aircon worked well, comfy bed.
Disliked: Not enough staff. They knew there was a big music festival 15min from the accommodation and probably 80% of the occupancy that night were festival goers. The only girl at check in was swamped with people, the queue to check in went outside the building and we had to queue for almost an hour just to check in. We drove 7 hours to get there and had to rush, we were late and missed the intro of the festival due to losing 1 hour at check-in (we really needed that hour to get ready and run). We had been asked to do a pre-check-in online to avoid queues and get keys faster but when we got there the system wasnt working, no staff available and most guests were late to the festival. The only problem we had was at check-in and cant blame the poor girl at the reception, she could only apologise and try to stay calm, it wasnt her fault that the owners or managers didnt have more staff if the system didnt work.
