  Excellent location, but the apartment is in need of significant maintenance

  Liked: The best thing about this apartment is the location. It is very convenient for exploring Alicante and was ideal for our trip.

  Disliked: Unfortunately, the rest of the experience was disappointing. We arrived around 3:30pm, after the advertised check-in time, and found that the apartment was still being worked on. There was a maintenance worker inside when we entered, and we had not been informed beforehand that anyone would be present. The booking was for five guests, but we initially could not locate the bedding and towels for the sofa bed. This was later explained by the host, but clearer instructions would have helped. During the stay we encountered numerous maintenance issues. The shower leaked, the shower head would not stay in place, several bathroom fixtures were rusted or worn, and parts of the apartment appeared damaged or poorly maintained. Most concerning was the condition of the bathroom glass and shower door. There were damaged areas and chipped glass edges, which presented a potential safety hazard and nearly caused an injury. Communication was polite when issues were raised, but the apartment did not feel fully prepared or maintained to an acceptable standard. The location is excellent, but the property requires considerable attention and repair.

  Great apartment in perfect location

  Liked: Apartment looks exactly as in the photos. Location close to city centre, the tram station and for walking the esplanade at night. Staff very helpful. We had a late check-in due to delayed flight but Marco could not have been nicer.

  Disliked: We stayed in apartment with roof terrace. This was more expensive but it was worth it as it was a great space for relaxing.

  Liked: Very well located apartament in the centre of Alicante. Spacious and cozy flat.

  Disliked: As a welcome gift, they could add something extra. Even a bottle of water was enough. Also missing soap or shower gel. There were no extra towels like the staff girl told us.

  Liked: Our group of 5 girls stayed here for my sister's bachelorette, and it was absolutely perfect! The location is amazing—right on Calle San Francisco in the city center, making it so easy to walk to the beach and all the nice bars and restaurants. The apartment itself was clean, bright, and really nice to come back to. We loved the large private terrace. It was also very well-equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a dishwasher and a washing machine, which made our stay totally stress-free. Everything was great, and we really enjoyed our stay. As a friendly suggestion for future improvements, it would be wonderful to add a mirror and a bit more storage space, such as shelves or additional hangers in the wardrobe area. Finally, the hosting company (My Flats) was incredibly friendly and accommodating from the start to finish. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would happily recommend this accomodation! ♡
