  Lovely hotel in a great location for exploring Alicante

  Liked: Very clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Excellent central location, within easy walking distance of restaurants, shops, the marina and the beach.

  Liked: I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at your hotel on Saturday night. I feel one of your very strong points is the fact that the C6 bus stops very close to your accommodation. This makes it so convenient for travellers. When I moved to another hotel closer to the airport, bus transport became a huge problem. I regretted not staying for both nights at Nuvi, but this was my first visit to Alicante. The staff were welcoming and very helpful. Firstly, Carolina, then Iker, then Bryan. They are a great team. The room was spacious, clean and nice and quiet.

  Disliked: I would have appreciated a slightly bigger coffee mug as I don't drink esoresso.

  Great hotel in a great location

  Liked: Great location - about a hundred yards to the central market on a main shopping streets. Was quiet at night and only about 10 minutes walk to the seafront. Good access to all the local public transport options.

  Liked: The place was very clean, tidy and comfortable. The bed was really comfortable, and the whole place felt cozy and welcoming. The location was perfect, right in the city centre, with everything you need within walking distance, such as restaurants, shops and cafés. Everything was easily accessible, which made our stay even better. I really enjoyed my stay and would definitely love to come back again! Highly recommend this place!

  €40 for One Extra Hour? Absolutely Absurd

  Liked: The location is good, but unfortunately, that is about the only positive thing I can say about this hotel. All the other issues are detailed in my previous review.

  Disliked: What I find particularly unreasonable is the strict 11 a.m. check-out policy. The hotel is apparently generous enough to offer a late check-out until 12 p.m., for the modest fee of €40. And if you need to check out after noon, you are forced to pay for an entire additional night. This is an utterly disproportionate policy for a mediocre city hotel. I have stayed in numerous hotels, but I have never encountered such an absurd pricing policy. Charging €40 for a single extra hour, while requiring guests to pay for a full additional night if they need more time, is simply outrageous.

  Definitely Not Worth a Single Penny

  Liked: The location is good, although the heavy traffic makes it extremely noisy, even at night. Sleeping with the windows open is practically impossible. The young man at the reception, however, was very friendly and helpful.

  Disliked: The beds are simply unacceptable. They are not secured in place and move with every movement, so the entire bed slides away from the wall whenever you turn over. Under these circumstances, a restful night’s sleep is almost impossible. This issue has been mentioned repeatedly in previous reviews, yet the hotel management seems not to care at all. The breakfast is an absolute disaster as well. The selection is extremely limited, the coffee from the vending machine tastes awful, and the juices taste like artificial, heavily diluted mixtures of sugar and water. The quality falls far below any reasonable standard one would expect from a hotel.
