Good
Liked: The hostel is in the city centre and within walking distance of tourist attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful.
Disliked: Late checkin was accommodated, which was really helpful and eased the anxiety of my very late flight and arrival time.
Liked: Super centric
Disliked: I missed connecting with people at hostel, maybe some events should be organized.
Very well organised hostel almost in the strict centre of Alicante

Disliked: Sick people in the shared room, but it’s part of the hostels, of course 😀
They seem to deliberately limit the hostel’s purpose to simply being a place to sleep
Liked: The staff is friendly and welcoming. A particularly pleasant surprise was one of the employees playing the guitar.
Disliked: If the hostel provides a kettle, we would expect it to also provide cups for coffee and tea. The kitchen is not really usable: there are only two plates and a couple of glass cups.
