Fabulous
A lovely, relaxed short break. Great hotel in a great location. Perfect!
Liked: The hotel is beautifully decorated in a bright, modern way. The pools areas are great with plenty of sunbeds. The kids splash area looked like lots of fun for little ones. The bars, especially the rooftop, were comfortable and relaxed with reasonably priced drinks. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. Rooms were clean and well decorated. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and restaurants and a 20 minute tram ride into the city.
Disliked: The shower opens directly into the room which isn’t ideal when sharing with a friend.

Liked: Hotel is stunning and in a nice location not in the hustle and bustle of everything and a short walk to the beach.
Disliked: The fact they advertise a heated pool and it was anything but heated. It was the main reason we booked it with a baby and it’s was freezing cold! The aircon also isn’t the best.
Wonderful modern hotel with amazing food, friendly staff and beautiful sea views!
Liked: We really enjoyed our stay! The hotel is modern, stylish and very clean. The breakfast and dinner buffets were absolutely amazing, with a great variety of delicious food. All the staff were extremely polite, friendly and welcoming. We had a lovely room on the 5th floor with a beautiful view of the beach. We also enjoyed the hotel bars, especially Mola and the rooftop bar Boga, which had a fantastic atmosphere and views. The location is great too, just an 8-minute walk from the beach. Overall, a wonderful experience!
Disliked: Unfortunately, the swimming pool is not heated, so the water was too cold to enjoy comfortably, especially in October.
I would highly recommend for a quiet holiday, I would definitely go back

Liked: Absolutely the best hotel we’ve ever stayed at! ❤️ Perfect location, just a 10-minute walk to the beautiful San Juan Beach and 20 minutes by bus to Alicante city centre. Breakfast and dinner were delicious, with a huge variety of food, something different every day and live cooking stations. Two amazing pools, including a rooftop pool with a bar – such a special place to relax! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Rooms were cleaned daily with fresh towels provided. Check-out is at 12 pm, but you can leave your luggage and continue using the hotel facilities afterwards, which is a huge bonus! Everything was perfect from start to finish allowing us to truly switch off, unwind and fully enjoy a relaxing holiday - we will definitely be back!
Great modern hotel for a relaxing stay
Liked: Great Breakfast Offering, friendly staff. Choice of pools. Everywhere is clean. Smart TV's in bedrooms.
Disliked: Think the rooftop pool should be adults only. Loungers are very close to the pool due to limited space and not relaxing to be continually splashed by children.

Half-board or full-board does not include drinks. In the low season, depending on the services, the buffet can be replaced by a menu.
Half-board or full-board options can only be used on the day of departure upon request to the establishment. They cannot be modified during special events such as New Year's Eve or Valentine's Day without a supplement for the Gala.
To expedite the check-in process and ensure a worry-free stay, the hotel may charge the total amount 48 hours before your arrival date for stays of 3 nights or less. If you do not show up, only one night will be charged, and the price of two nights will be refunded. For non-refundable reservations, 100% of the stay will be charged, and it cannot be modified or cancelled without a full penalty.
Due to special gala events, dinner service will be unavailable in the hotel cafeteria on 24 and 31 December (every year) and 14 February 2026. Room service will be available until 18:00.
The Roof Top and Boga may be closed for private events. Access to the Roof Top may vary throughout the year and is subject to availability upon request.
The rooftop pool is warm to provide a pleasant temperature, but it is not a heated pool.
