Liked: Great location, couldn’t fault it. Room was very clean, shame there was no coffee facilities in the room
Excellent central location but no noise was heard in the apartment
Liked: Location was excellent. Comfy bed and clean apartment. Bed made everyday and fresh towels. Communication for checking in was excellent.
Disliked: The apartment could have done with a chest of drawers to put clothes in and the hanging space was limited when staying for a week. There was a microwave but not a kettle which would if been handy.

Clean. Great location. Good size. Very expensive for a non reception based accom. It’s a self service apartment

Disliked: Check in was an absolute nightmare. Have to download an app that becomes a door key. Once app is downloaded you have to contact by phone for them to send you the code to enter in the app to activate the door key app. If it goes wrong there is no coverage in the hotel to contact the reception (at a remote location) for assistance. In the end I had to log in to their wi-fi, fortunately they had advised of the code. Then they sent the cleaner to let us into the room. That was so complex and unnecessary. What if one didn't have a smartphone, couldn't use it or is technologically incompetent? Main door entry code was not particularly clear and the guy who let us in shared that it is a huge problem that lots of people have problems with. Lift is too small for two people and their luggage. The jacuzzi in the room was filthy; and with ground in dirt. Didn't want to use it at risk of catching something. The suite was in fact a room and not even a decent sized one. Difficult to access the hotel; impossible with a car. No reception.
