Good
Give this one a miss, you can find better
Liked: The property is handy to luceros.
Disliked: Sh*t sh0w trying to check in, was left for an hour even after prearranged check in time. Not well equipped, poor bedding, poor bathroom towels, no drying or cleaning cloths or essential kitchen materials, the kitchen had salt and 4 pans.
SCAM. DO NOT BOOK HERE
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Host is a con artist. Doesn't meet you to let you in. Demands more money by Whatsapp to gain access to the building then cancels your booking and keeps everything.
Outright SCAMMERS—this place shouldn’t just be delisted, it should be erased from the industry entirely. What we walked
Liked: Nothing
Disliked: This place feels less like accommodation and more like something abandoned and forgotten. The walls are split with deep, unsettling cracks, and exposed wires hang ominously from the ceiling like a hazard waiting to happen. Nothing feels safe here. The linens look like they’ve survived decades without proper cleaning—worn out, stained, and frankly disturbing to even touch. To make matters worse, they squeeze extra charges out of you at every turn, as if the experience wasn’t already dreadful enough.
This property must be took of from booking, its not an appropriate!
Liked: DO NOT BOOK THIS PROPERTY! You will not get in.
Disliked: DO NOT BOOK THE PROPERTY! Its indicated that Check-in is from 15:00, I have sent message that I would arrive at 16:00. When I arrived, owner did not answer phone or messages. after calling tons of times, he said that he won't be able to let me in until 22:00, I got crazy, standing in a new city with the luggage and asked for free cancellation to find other place, he said he would cancel it and I have sent free cancellation request, but he lied and refunded only 30 EUR from about 300!! This is a scum property, just do not book it!
Liked: The host eventually provided an electric radiator halfway through the first week.
Disliked: There was no information as to how to get into the apartment, so we had to phone the host twice. The water was disconnected, and I had to phone again to find out how to turn it on, and the stopcock was so high on the wall that my wife couldn't reach it. The heating didn't work, and the only bedding we could find was a blanket.
Liked: No better place in Alicante, excellent apartment with a very cosy deco and all services including AC and full equiped kitchen and bath. Great staff, very friendly and helpful. Located at 3 min walk from the beach and at heart of city.
