  Good location, but cleanliness and maintenance need improvement

  Liked: The studio is in an excellent location in central Alicante, making it an ideal choice for a short stay.

  Disliked: The studio was adequate for a one-night stay, but there were several issues that should be addressed. The shower had mould on the sealant around the base, which made the bathroom feel unclean. The main room had a strong damp smell throughout the stay. There was no information advising whether the tap water was safe to drink. The TV was positioned awkwardly, making it uncomfortable to watch. The toilet seat would not stay upright, which was inconvenient. With some attention to maintenance and a few small improvements, the overall guest experience would be much better.

  Liked: Location, big enough for 2 people.

  Disliked: Amenities for shower wasn’t enough, and there were more than 15 flies for 2 nights we had to kill them. Everything was okay except flies.

  Liked: The room looks like in the pictures.

  Disliked: the smell in the room is terrible even though we left the door open we were unable to ventilate the room. unbearable and the bathtub does not work completely. not worth the money

  Liked: Location was excellent. The place was comfy and funky. Hot tub was huge. There were rock walls within. Our hostess was very responsive and helpful with lots of links to help discover Alicante. Whenever we asked for something, they responded quickly. They even let us store luggage for a few hours before our train. Oh, in our 4 months of travel, they had the best pillows!
