  Price highly overrated for the poor value. Not recommended. Would never go back

  Liked: The view is stunning and the owner really wanted to make the appartment nice, but within all the dirt and refurbishment alomost impossible.

  Disliked: The building is in a desolate state - it is under refurbishment and should better be closed during this process. Ceiling in the hallway open with cables hanging out. Elevators not feeling safe. Dust everywhere - no feeling of cleanliness. Chips from former guests on the sofa. Would not have stayed longer than one night.

  Liked: The location and view from the balcony was good.

  Disliked: The staff were very weird, we arrived and went to the ChinaSol reception to get a woman that said we had to go back downstairs to the Appal Hotel reception. My reservation was with ChinaSol not Appal! The building is half abandonned. There is no restaurant. And for breakfast the reception gave us a strange little piece of paper to present at a cafe down the street. It was only for a piece of toast or croissant, orange juice and coffee. Not quite the hotel breakfast we are used too. The room was very old. The beds created and looked to be from the 80s. Same with the fridge that came on every 15 minutes and made a very loud noise. The air-conditioned was very old and loud and the bathroom was old and institutional. The pool area was something from a community centre.

  Liked: The location was great as it was right on the beach and not too far to walk to the main part with the bars and restaurants.

  Disliked: There was no breakfast available although I had booked it. Not a huge problem as they gave me vouchers to use at a nearby place to get a regular Spanish breakfast which was good.
