Exceptional
Almuñecar, a hidden gem!
Liked: It was clean and comfortable. Lovely little balcony with charming views of the church which is lit up at night. The location was excellent being right in the heart of the old town with easy access to castle, church, restaurants, bars and the various beaches. Very picturesque.
Disliked: The shower head was quite far out from the wall, so it was difficult to have a shower without getting the bathroom floor wet.
Liked: Really nice place close to the beach. Apartment was clean, communication with owner fast. Airco works great, but place is shaded enough you don't really need it that much. Close to several restaurants, 2 supermarkets and you can park for free about 10min walk. Highly recommend!
Disliked: Only thing is the major construction going on next door. Not apartment owners fault of course but good to know. If you like to sleep in past 8 like me it might be good to check if this is finished before booking as the drilling was quite the shock in the morning!

Liked: Everything was perfect, nice, clean apartement, plenty of room, comfy beds.
Liked: Central location, close to bars, restaurants, beach. Clean, well equiped apartment with unusual 4 poster bed. On second floor with lift. We parked on the road for free, about 10 min walk away.
Disliked: All was good.
For easy access to beach shops restaurants and a apt with every facility required - this is perfect place
Liked: Location was perfect - beach, shops, restaurants all close by. Staff were extremely helpful and obliging. Fully equipped, clean and comfortable.
Disliked: No issues with the apartment. Just note it’s near a busy street in the old town so there will be some passing noise at times.
