Good hotel with a lovely pool
Liked: Breakfast was good with a lot of choice, especially juices and fruit. The pool area is really nice - lots of space and great pool, plus bar service which is always a plus - bar staff very prompt here and helpful, as I lost something there and they had put it aside for me. The apartments were really light, airy with great views from the balcony and aircon worked well. Beds super comfortable. Breakfast area very nice to eat in, would be good to have option to make more use of outside space (in late summer when not so hot)
Disliked: A lot of unnecessary rugs around the hotel, a bit of a trip hazard. The breakfast layout needs to be thought about a bit more, eg the milk is in a corner and not accessible so people are squeezing past/queueing for it by the coffee machines. The staff who clear away at breakfast seem to be competing about who can crash plates about the loudest. The kitchens in the apartments are a bit dated and yellowing, but was good to have them. No towels available for pool which is unusual, most hotels I stay in have them, even if paying deposit.
Gorgeous place, spacious exactly as it is shown on the pictures, the pool area is much better
Liked: They came to clean our room everyday, they left fresh towels for us every morning. The staff is very kind and helpful❤️
Disliked: I could hear the shower and the toilet being flushed on the floor above, it became a bit annoying as time passed.
Really enjoyed
Liked: Very clean, unique decor, really Comfy beds.
Disliked: No towels for pool to use or rent. No cleaning materials such as washing up liquid in apartment.
Nice pool area when it’s sunny. Great service from the staff at the pool bar. Hotel has a Dior interior that’s still in
Disliked: Ants in one of the bedrooms on the 4th floor.
Liked: The staff where fantastic especially our maid the room was spotless, everything really 10/10
Disliked: Nothing really.
