Liked: The hotel is simply lovely! It is located in a very quiet area, so you can enjoy peace and relaxation. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The hotel is family-run, and the owners take great care of their guests. The service is excellent, and everyone is kind, friendly, and welcoming. Breakfast is very good, and nobody will leave hungry! If I ever come back to this area, I will definitely stay here again. I highly recommend this hotel to everyone!

A good stay, but breakfast was disappointing and repetitive

Liked: Good location, near to an excellent information center. Good view from the balcony. Lots of reading matter. Lots of seating, both in the lounge and in the garden.

Disliked: The breakfast was rather poor. Only granola, no muesli. Only whole oranges and apples and pears. No fresh orange juice. Only one processed cheese. Bread selection was poor and most of the pastries were packaged, not freshly baked. Breakfast, if improved, with more variety, would really raise the score. Also, not much info on hiking available if one's Spanish is limited.

A very nice place/village to stay

Liked: The patron Paco was very helpful & nothing was too much trouble. Be aware the Hostel was not serving dinner on the night we stayed. There are a couple of restaurants one can walk too, but these were fully booked. We drove to a nearby restaurant that was approx 7 minutes by car. The rooms are comfortable, clean & functional with ample heating for those that require warmth in March! Car parking is directly outside across the street, safe & secure as no one ventures down the lanes at night. Breakfast was typical Spanish cold meats, bread, etc all good. Would I stay here again - yes. Mainly because the host is so pleasant.

    Disliked: Nothing

    A wonderful alternative to Alquézar!

Liked: Lucky for us that we couldn't find a room in Alquézar, so we discovered this wonderful little hostel! The owner is extremely attentive to his guests. The room was spacious and very clean. Easy parking and good breakfast. Very quiet rural location, 10 minutes away from busy Alquezar!

Disliked: Toiletries could be improved, but it is a small detail in this little gem!
