Exceptional
Liked: Interesting modern layout for a very small room and bathroom lighting. Good electric socket/plug locations and compartmentalised open shelves. Very close to Mercadona and Carrefour Owner quickly came to repair broken shutter outside window.
Disliked: Lighting was too artificial, not cozy. Felt like a ballroom. Steps up to bedroom was too high, and barstool-table was not too comfortable for breakfast or working -- too high and bar stools not for long-term sitting. A bit odd walking directly out to the pedestrian level of building and window being seen from outside -- for privacy, though hardly anyone passes by.

Liked: Clean and well equiped.Good locatoon easy walk to the Bullring. Great host we were able to leave our suitcases on our last day and visit the Torcal in the morning.
Disliked: Communication only in Spanish but OK with translate app

Fix the AC and upgrade the mattress and it’s a 10/10!
Liked: Great location and nice amenities/design.
Disliked: The air conditioning didn’t work very well and the bed wasn’t very comfortable.
