Exceptional
Beautiful town and house. With easy access to Malaga and the Cominito del Rey
Liked: It was in a great location, quiet and within easy walking to the attractions. Rosa was great with contact. She sent photos of the house, the garage and also gave us instructions of how to get there as there were some roads shut due to road works. The property was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed.
Disliked: The only thing that was but difficult (but would not put me off the property) was the parking. Amazing that it had a really good parking space underground but it is quite tight for a larger car. It just took a lot of moves to get the car in. Once in though it was safe and enough room around it.
Wonderful time discovering a unique town with a rich history
Liked: Location is very good and walking distance to many restaurants and plaza’s.
Disliked: Streets can be difficult to navigate with a car, but that is also the charm of the city.
Liked: Location, Private parking, lots of space in the house
Disliked: No aircon downstairs, no sunbeds on patio area.
A sense of the real Andalucia
Liked: A spacious family home, with three good bedrooms (one en-suite), two bathrooms, and fully equipped kitchen. The beds were very comfortable and well-provided with bedside lamps and extra bedding for chillier nights. The house is in a quiet location within walking distance of the bus and railway station, and the historic sights of Antequera. Antequera provides a great hub location for other popular destinations such as Ronda and Granada, but don't miss the town's own alcazar, and the dolmens, with a great (free) museum. You feel that it's a real town, one that's not overwhelmed with tourists.
Disliked: During our visit the main railway route to Granada was affected by a landslip which meant some restrictions on services
Liked: Spacious house in a central location within walking distance of everything we wanted to see. The host was there to greet us, show us where the private parking garage was nearby, and explain the house's facilities. The host was very friendly and hospitable, leaving us several food items to get us started. She was easy to reach and communicate with.
Disliked: Nothing worth mentioning.
Liked: Very clean and in an excellent location for bars, restaurants and tourist attractions in town. The house also had good outdoor space and it was useful to have a parking place.
