Liked: I liked our hostess! She was very helpful. She answers our calls right away and even helps us acquiring transportation options.
Disliked: I just couldn't find the utensils right away. Its good my daughter found them under the sink. But everything else about the experience was quite coveniently memorable.

Liked: Well equiped, comfortable beds, good location, warm in cold, wet weather, WiFi efficient and available in all rooms.
Disliked: The apartment was on the 1st floor, accessed by steep, external marble staircase with 2 turns. These became slippery in the wet making it difficult to manoeuvre heavy suitcases.
