  A wonderful stay in a lovely village

  Liked: Really beautifully converted and decorated cave house. Excellent air conditioning (essential in July!), but in fact the flat was cool without it. Lovely terraza for a glass of wine. Great location for a stay in Arcos.

  Disliked: No complaints really. It would have been nice to have washing machine capsules provided, but that’s a very minor niggle.

  Nice rustic apartment in the center of the town

  Liked: Nice and very spacious apartment stylishly furnished with good atmosphere. Centraly located in the heart of the town. If you visit it during Easter like we did, get ready for a unique experience with processions, but also for very crowded town. Very large free parking lots (about 15 minutes walk uphill) were also taken evening, it was very difficult to find a free place - but that's probably only in case of such events. The host is very nice, wellcoming and helpful.

  Disliked: Young people can be gathering under windows on the street and make noise. During our stay it was quite cold and the apartment was damp. We helped ourselves using heating mode of AC. The bedroom needs new painting.

  Liked: This home is lovingly decorated and arranged for comfort. The location is excellent, right in the heart of town, easy walk to restaurants, bars and the old city. The host and her assistants are really helpful and efficient. We felt very well taken of.

  Disliked: A small point, It faces on to steps leading down to the lower levels of the town, so people may be passing the door at all times.
