Exceptional
Excellent location and value!
Liked: The location was fantastic. The rooftop space was very nice, with exceptional views.
Liked: Great location in the heart of the Old Town, making it easy to explore the area on foot. There is also a lovely rooftop terrace with a beautiful view, which is accessible to all guests.
Disliked: Things to keep in mind: There is no parking available, so if you’re staying for a few days, you’ll likely need to leave your car lower down in the town. It is possible to drive closer to the property, but be aware that the streets are very narrow. There is also no elevator, as the building is quite old. Room for improvement: The apartment could be better equipped. We missed some basic kitchen items, such as drinking glasses. It would also be helpful to have a trash bin in the room, as there was only a small one in the bathroom. The shower in our room was broken. In addition, a small refrigerator would be a great addition for keeping drinks cold, especially during the hot Spanish summer. Although the room has air conditioning, it becomes warm quite quickly once it’s turned off, so having cold drinks readily available would make the stay much more comfortable.
Liked: Lovely location right next to San Pedro church and the castle. Great interior. Charmingly remolded Seville room on the second floor. Easy access to the roof top mirador(terrace). Cool views and comfortable seating. All this for under 100 Euros. Juan couldn't have more helpful and kind. Highly recommend, Scott. Ustados Unidos, Michigan.
Disliked: Something out of Juan's control. It was very windy for a prolonged period. That made it difficult to enjoy the terrace, as much as we would like.
Great location, lovely room, very helpful and pleasant host
The best views in town!
Liked: The location is out of this world! The views are just breathtaking. Juan has been the best host. Make sure you visit 'casa del dulce' if you have a sweet tooth. Was so more to walk around in the morning before the tourists arrived.
Disliked: The walk to the accommodation, event for fit people was challenging 20mins up hills with suitcases from the carpark... but it is the price to pay for the best views in town.
Liked: Lovely apartment in great central location and friendly, helpful host. Stunning views from the terrace! Not in any way a negative for the apartment itself, but the roads are narrow, so unless you are a competent driver, I would consider parking in the town and walking up to the apartment.
