  Liked: This property has great potential but is sadly in need of major updates! Everything looks tired. You get what you pay for and sadly they seem to be struggling to stay in business. There was a yoga class that used the grounds when we were there so it seems they are trying to get extra revenue in. I picked this place because of the great reviews & for a bit of relaxation, but it was a big letdown. Although they were not busy, there was no offer for a room upgrade.

  Liked: Alojamiento en un entorno privilegiado: tranquilidad, naturaleza y relax. Necesario coche para desplazarse a Arcos de la Frontera y por la zona. Buena limpieza y personal atento. Zona de la piscina perfecta para un día de relax. Por poner un pero, cobran el agua en un desayuno de 12 euros/persona

  Wonderful, beautiful retreat

  Liked: Had a wonderful stay. Great place to kick back and relax after 2 weeks catching trains and buses all over southern Spain. This place is out in the country so if you are coming by bus call ahead so Francesca can arrange to have a taxi pick you up. If you want to go into town from the hacienda you will need to take a taxi. There is a wonderful country road that winds through the hillside that makes for a great walk. We saw early morning joggers, walkers and bicyclists out on this road. Breakfast was lovely out on the glass patio and dinner was awesome. We had the sea bass and steak. We did not go into town as we were there for just 2 nights and we wanted to slow down. There are comfortable sitting areas for conversation and reading. Thank you Francesca and staff for your hospitality.
